What is it?
The Capital Market Support Programme will provide:
A free and open educational programme to local market participants
Support to a selection of beneficiaries to place securities on the local market
The programme targets corporate issuers of capital market instruments, including both bonds and equity, placed on the local market.
Transparent selection criteria will be determined in the initial phase of the programme implementation and clearly communicated before the opening of the application window. These will be designed in complementarity of the existing support measures provided by the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Armenia.
To be selected as a beneficiary of the programme, corporate issuers should apply via this website. They will be required to mandate an arranger independently and the programme is freely open to any arranger licensed by the Central Bank of Armenia. The selection criteria will be indifferent to the arranger and consider the application solely on the merit of the issuer and instrument.
The programme will also provide educational opportunities to all local market participants, building on international expertise while providing information on local procedures, regulations and requirements.
