Extended Deadline for the CMS Programme Registration

The Capital Market Support (CMS) Programme in Armenia is pleased to announce that the registration deadline has been extended until 30 September 2025, 23:59 (Yerevan time). This extension allows more companies to join this important initiative supporting the growth of Armenia’s capital markets.

The programme is open to Armenian companies planning to issue bonds or shares in the coming months or during the first half of 2026. Priority will be given to inaugural issuances, equity issuances, and Green, Social, and Sustainability (GSS+) issuances.

By joining the CMS Programme, participants will benefit from:

• Professional advisory and tailored guidance on the issuance process, including strategy, structure, and related matters.
• Grant financing between EUR 25,000 and 75,000 (AMD 11–33 million), awarded upon successful placement of securities.
• Access to expert-led educational activities, events, and continuous advisory throughout the programme.

Registration is free of charge and requires only essential information, and can be completed via the official programme website: cms-armenia.ebrd.com.
