Webinar on Marketing and Investor Relations in Armenia’s Capital Markets Held under the Capital Market Support Programme

On August 7, 2025, an online webinar was held under the Capital Market Support (CMS) Programme, focusing on marketing strategies and investor relations in Armenia’s capital markets. The session was led by Tigran Davtyan, Senior Associate at Ameriabank’s Investment Banking Division, and gathered market participants to explore practical approaches to entering the public bond market and fostering long-term investor trust.
The webinar provided actionable guidance for companies seeking to tap into Armenia’s public bond market, offering tools and insights for both market entry and sustained investor engagement. Key discussion points included:

This session formed part of the ongoing CMS Programme, a joint initiative of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) and the European Union (EU). The Programme is implemented by Galt & Taggart and Ameria Management Advisory, in partnership with the Ministry of Economy of Armenia.
