
Webinar on Regulatory Framework in Armenia’s Capital Markets Held under the Capital Market Support Programme
On July 24, 2025, an online webinar was held under the Capital Market Support (CMS) Programme, focusing on the regulatory framework governing Armenia’s capital markets. The session was led by Arpi Ghazaryan, Program Manager at the Financial System Regulation Department of the Central Bank of Armenia, and brought together market participants to explore the legal and institutional structures supporting market integrity and investor protection.

This webinar is part of the ongoing CMS Programme, a joint initiative of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) and the European Union (EU). The Programme is implemented by Galt & Taggart and Ameria Management Advisory, in partnership with the Ministry of Economy of Armenia.
